Willow Creek Village

Willow Creek Village is an 81 property, single-family home Village in Battlement Mesa, Colorado; a community that is nestled on a sheltered mesa with dramatic mountain and river valley views and lots of Western charm.  Most of these one-quarter to one-half acre lots have been sold and include beautiful custom-built homes.  Many homeowners have gorgeous views of the Valley and the Colorado River.  In addition, nearly all owners have expansive views of the Roan Plateau and the ruggedly beautiful battlements for which Battlement Mesa was named.  Minimum home size is 1,800 sq. ft. but many are much larger.  A few building sites are still available.

The Village is close to the Award-Winning Battlement Mesa Golf Course and some even have views of the golf course.  Due to its location on the lower mesa along the Colorado River, residents have great access to the I-70 corridor.

Owners in Willow Creek belong to the Battlement Mesa Service Association, (BMSA,the master HOA), thus owners can purchase and build here knowing that, like all of the Battlement Mesa PUD, the community is covenant protected.  The Village is represented on the BMSA board of directors  by a Village Delegate/Board member which is elected by the members and serves a three year term.
