Garfield County Commissioners Approve Three Special Use Permits as Requested by URSA
In a Special Meeting of the Garfield County Commissioners, the Commissioners approved three special use permits requested by URSA for projects within the Battlement Mesa PUD, commonly known as Pad B, Pad D and the 2.5 mile pipeline. The decision came after nearly three days of testimony from the staff, the public and the applicant.
