Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Battlement Mesa Service Association, of the County of Garfield, State of Colorado will consider the adoption of Resolutions Regarding Voting by Mail in Lieu of a Meeting for Monument Creek Village, Tamarisk Village and Tamarisk Meadows and Resolution Concerning Mineral Extraction Within the PUD on the below-listed date and time at the Grand Valley Recreation Center, 398 Arroyo Drive, Battlement Mesa, Colorado.
