Wild Ride to the Zoo day trip hosted by Encana

The Denver Zoo is offering a $15 day trip from Rifle to the zoo and back on Saturday, April 28th. The registration deadline is March 28th.

Participants will ride a charter bus to and from Denver and enjoy a day at the zoo. The price includes the bus ride, zoo admission, T-shirt and meal voucher. The trip is sponsored by Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc.

Visitors can explore the zoo at their leisure, and they'll get a voucher to feed the lorikeets at Lorikeets Adventure and an exclusive animal presentation, including a chance to meet some of the zoo's education animals up close.

The bus departs the Colorado Mountain College Rifle campus at 6:45 a.m. and will return to Rifle around 8:30 p.m. The trip is limited to those ages 6 and older. Space is limited to the 53 seats on the bus, and registration is on a first come basis.
