Battlement Mesa Company is the developer of the Battlement Mesa Planned Unit Development (PUD). This 3,200 acre development is situated on a mesa along the Colorado River and Interstate 70 between Glenwood Springs and Grand Junction, Colorado. About one-half of Battlement Mesa is "built-out" and is home to approximately 5,000 residents. The remaining acreage is owned by Battlement Mesa Company.
