All rental homes include a full kitchen, with electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher, as well as window treatments and floor coverings. The utility area of our rental homes features hook-ups for your washer and dryer (or you may rent these appliances from us). Maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day to respond to your emergency maintenance needs. Additional amenities include a wood-burning fireplace (in the double wide homes), fenced private yard, concrete patio, storage sheds and a driveway big enough for two vehicles. These energy-efficient homes feature gas/forced air heat, gas hot water heaters, storm windows and a swamp cooler. Weekly trash removal is also provided. Both the elementary and middle schools are within easy walking distance of Saddleback Village. Home Rentals are located within Battlement Mesa, just outside of Parachute, Colorado, halfway between Rifle and Grand Junction in the Beautiful Piceance Basin. Plot Map
