Purpose:
At the direction of the BMSA Board of Directors monitor and recommend maintenance of public works infrastructure and planning of infrastructure capital improvementthe BMSA and the community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring the condition of streets, sidewalks, street signs, street lights, pedestrian trails, fences, landscaping, park amenities and open spaces.
- Develop and make recommendations to the Board of Directors on prioritizing maintenance and capital improvements for public works items.
