BMAC Meeting Rooms

The Battlement Mesa Activity Center's 53,000 sq. ft. of space includes a variety of community and meeting rooms.  You do not need to be a member in order to rent a meeting room and our pricing is very reasonable.  To rent a meeting room, please call the BMAC Front Desk at 970.285.9480 during regular center Hours.

Meeting Rooms to Suit Your Needs!

Community Room

Our largest room is available with or without our kitchen facility and is designed to accommodate up to 125 guests even when set up banquet style.  The entire west wall of the room is glass and provides expansive views of the majestic Colorado River Valley, Mt. Callahan and of Parachute Creek Valley. 

Conference Room I
Conference Room I is close to but doesn't join the kitchen facility and will comfortably accommodate groups of about 30.  The large window at the end of the room provides a nice down valley and mountain view.

Craft Room
The Craft Room, which includes cabinets and a sink, is ideal for small to medium-sized groups and can be configured with full seating, class room style or in a central craft room table manner.

Board Room
The Board Room is a medium-sized boardroom-style meeting room.

Gymnasium
The BMAC Gymnasium is available for large meetings and is frequently used for sports banquets, safety meetings and community forums.  For somewhat smaller meetings, 1/2 of the gymnasium can be rented. 

Additional meeting room services include speaker's podium, lapel, floor and table microphones, overhead and projection equipment.  Standard rectangular tables are included in room rentals.  Round tables are available at additional costs.

Lobby

Although technically it isn't a "meeting room," the BMAC's versatile lobby is ideal for conferences, concerts or weddings.  The lobby's openness, high ceiling, two glass walls, huge fireplace and nice acoustics makes it ideal for musical events.
